Lausanne Go Tournament 2026 (EN)

The 2026 edition of the Lausanne Go tournament will be held the 2-3 mai in la Tour-de-Peilz at the Swiss Museum of Games.

Tournament details

  • Mac Mahon 5 rounds
  • Handicap-1, no handicap in top group
  • Fischer time, 45 min base time with 15 sec increment per move (EGF Class A)
  • Japanese rules, 6.5 Komi
  • Handicap-1 outside of top-group (top bar will be set the day of the tournament to have enough players in the top group)

Registration is 30 CHF (Reduced 15 CHF for minors, students, unemployed, AVS)

  • 1st round: Saturday, 13h
  • 2nd round: Saturday, 15h
  • 3rd round: Saturday, 17h
  • Sunday : Reception from 10h
  • 4th round: Sunday: 10h15
  • 5th round: Sunday: 14h

Teacher

This year, we are inviting a coach to the tournament. The Go coach Li Yue (5 Dan) will make the reviews during the tournament.
